Rockwood consists of 528 lots on 292.5 acres in the City of Eureka. The development required the replacement and upgrade of the sanitary trunk main across Interstate 44 and BNSF Railroad along with upgrades to the drinking water supply system. The sewer system is a combination of gravity sewer and a pump station to serve the development. The water upgrades included source development with a new well, storage tank and pressure station to serve the extreme terrain of this service area within the City of Eureka.
